I. Structures and Features
1. Overview
YGJ168 straightening machine is designed for straightening bent pipes and bars ranging from 60mm to 132mm. It adopts a 2-2-1-1-1 seven-roll inclined structure with hyperbolic rollers to ensure stable contact and efficient straightening.The front five rolls complete rough straightening, and the rear three rolls achieve precision straightening up to ≤0.5mm/m straightness. Driven by a frequency conversion motor, pressure can be adjusted flexibly based on pipe diameter and wall thickness.It features high efficiency, good straightening quality, low residual stress and smooth surface, effectively extending service life while removing scale and attachments inside and outside the pipe.

Feeding Pipe → Pipe Flipping → Conveying by Transmission Rollers → Rough Straightening → Fine Straightening → Collar Bypass Handling → Reciprocating Straightening → Discharge to Output Rack → Next Cycle
