I. Structures and Features
1. Overview
The straightening machine is a special equipment to repair bend pipes, the model YGJ140 is used for 60-132mm pipes & bars.
The straightening machine YGJ140 adopts a 7 slanted rollers quick-open structure in form of 2-1-2-1-1, 2 bottom driving rollers,1 bottom driven roller, and 4 upper driving rollers. The front 5 relative rollers is used for rough straightening, and the back 3 interlaced rollers for fine straightening. The reducing motor( stepless frequency conversion adjusted ) drives the main power.
The hyperbolic rollers can enlarge the contacting surface on the pipes.
The straightening pressure can be regulated according to the pipe diameter & wall thickness. In straightening, the 2 pairs of rollers keep the fixed pressure to increase the friction force & reliability and reduce the slipping.
The YGJ140 straightening machine has features of big straightening capacity, high efficiency, good quality, low residual stress, high linearity, smooth surface, extend the pipe service life effectively, also can shed adhesion layer & oxide skin inner or outer the pipe.
