Product Introduction
The GSY610 single-pipe hydrostatic tester is special equipment for hydrostatic pressure testing of extra-large diameter steel pipes. It is designed for large-diameter thick-walled steel pipes and large casings to detect pressure-resistant defects of pipes. It fits pipe outer diameter Φ245‑610mm and pipe length 8‑12.5m, with a maximum test pressure of 40MPa. It can be equipped with Siemens S7‑1200 PLC and a 19-inch industrial computer to realize full-process automation including feeding, sealing, pressure boosting and test data recording. It is suitable for quality inspection on production lines of large-diameter industrial steel pipes and large API casings, and customized technical solutions are available.

Equipment Description
GSY610 is mainly used for extra-large diameter steel pipes with maximum outer diameter of 610mm. It performs hydrostatic pressure testing on seamless steel pipes, large-diameter welded pipes and large casings to check pipe leakage and defects, matching large pipe production lines. It can be fitted with radial large-clearance clam-shell sealing, fully automatic PLC control, and traceable stored test data. Overall dimension, pressure rating and pipe length can be customized as required.
