I. Structures and Features
The YNJX210/20 bucking machine adopts a planetary gear rotation mechanism with four-point simultaneous clamping. It features strong and reliable clamping force, non-slip performance, and smooth transmission. The machine is equipped with a high/low gear shifting mechanism, allowing torque to be adjusted freely, ensuring both safety and reliability.
The machine supports manual operation, automatic button control, and microcomputer automatic control, which can be selected by the user as needed. And the machine head is used to clamp the coupling and is driven by a hydraulic motor to rotate, enabling the make-up and break-out of threaded connections. It can operate at two different speeds and torques for thread make-up and break-out.
The hydraulic power source consists of an oil tank, electric motor, oil pump, control valves, etc. The conversion from electrical energy to hydraulic energy is achieved through the motor driving the oil pump. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is regulated by a relief valve, which serves both pressure adjustment and safety protection functions. System pressure is displayed by a pressure gauge. The hydraulic station adopts a low-noise hydraulic pump, effectively reducing noise and ensuring safe and reliable operation.
