I. Structures and Features
Model YNJG230 bucking machine is a special-purpose equipment used to make up and breakout the coupling and pipe (oil tubing, casing pipe, etc.).
The power tong assembly is responsible for initiating rotation and making up (or breaking out) the coupling, while the backup tong assembly is used to clamp the pipe body. The power tong is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the clamping and shifting of the backup tong are powered by pneumatic cylinders. The make-up/break-out torque is measured by a load sensor located at the lower end of the backup tong and is displayed on the computer at the operation console, with automatic control managed by the PLC system. This machine can finish the work of 2-3/8"-7" diameter casing and tubing , corresponded jaw plate includes: Φ 2-3/8"-3-1/2"-4''-4-1/2"-5''-5-1/2"-6-5/8''-7".
The Structure Features
1) Driven and controlled by hydraulic and pneumatic system, and easy and convenient to operate.
2) Controlled by pneumatic, except for the power tong which driven by hydraulic motor, it can greatly reduce the oil leakage.
3) The power tong uses closed structure, it is driven by hydraulic motor, the clamp head has 3 jaw plates with 120 º distributing, every jaw plate has 3-4 dies, totally 9-12 dies contacting the coupling surface, the die marks are according to API standard, the clamp head can reset automatically.
4) The power tong and backup tong can regulate their center in one line automatically to meet the requirements of using.
5) Backup tong is similar to the power tong, but it is driven by the pneumatic cylinder.
6) The backup tong is equipped with load sensor used to measure torque (unit:ft-lb or N.m). The control system will contrast the torque value and screw turns with the set value, control the working automatically.
7) Easy to change dies.
This design offers several key advantages: high and low gear rotating, efficient operation, simple controls, and stable performance. It allows for quick die replacement, with a design that ensures reliable clamping and API-compliant die marks. An automatic positioning mechanism enables fast and accurate tong head reset after bucking. Additionally, the power tong and backup tong can automatically center, accommodating slightly bent tubing, casing, and couplings.
